They include the collective punishment of innocent Palestinians and the forced transfer of 1.2 million civilians from the north of the territory to the South, and yet reaction from senior British politicians has been pretty uncritical, if not outright supportive. There are a few dissenting voices though and perhaps surprisingly the loudest have come from Tory conservative MP Crispin Blunt. Speaking on the BBC he issued this warning to the government."
